Challenge

As one of Australia’s largest aged care providers, Blue Care needed to maintain brand consistency across more than 70 centres nationwide. With diverse teams producing their own materials, collateral became fragmented and inconsistent, risking brand dilution, loss of trust, and operational inefficiency.

Approach

I developed and coordinated a full suite of design assets to unify Blue Care’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This included newsletters, brochures, property signage, event banners, internal documents, PowerPoint templates, and intranet visuals. Each piece was designed in line with corporate guidelines to ensure brand clarity and professionalism across both print and digital channels.

Impact

The new design system reinforced trust in the Blue Care brand, improved operational efficiency, and supported consistent communication across 70+ national locations. By creating collateral that was visually unified and easy to deploy, the project strengthened internal alignment, enhanced customer confidence, and positioned Blue Care as a trusted leader in the aged care sector.
