Harvey Norman needed to increase awareness and sales of its Tech2 Premium Support services. Existing materials lacked clarity and consistency, making it difficult for customers to understand the offer and limiting in-store engagement.

Designed in-store posters, flyers, product packaging and campaign concepts using clear, relatable messaging such as “Take your tech to new heights” and “Leave your tech baggage with us.”
