Challenge

Harvey Norman New Zealand needed to boost awareness and sales of its Tech2 Premium Support services. Existing marketing materials lacked cohesion, clarity, and emotional appeal, making it difficult for customers to understand the benefits. The challenge was to simplify complex tech services into engaging, customer-friendly content that resonated across diverse audiences - from students to retirees.

Approach

I developed a national campaign that blended clear messaging with visually compelling design. The work included in-store posters, retail flyers, product box mockups, and thematic headlines such as “Take your tech to new heights” and “Leave your tech baggage with us.” The creative direction balanced Harvey Norman’s retail standards with a fresh, human-centric look, ensuring the campaign was both on-brand and accessible.

Impact

The campaign introduced a cohesive, consumer-first visual identity that increased in-store engagement and strengthened customer understanding of Tech2 services. Harvey Norman’s sales teams were equipped with practical, retail-ready tools, leading to improved customer interactions and higher service sign-ups. The updated creative also set a new benchmark for consistency and professionalism across Harvey Norman’s technology marketing.
